It is a reminder of the fierce battle for our homeland that escalated with the full-scale invasion in 2022, a fight that continues even now.
To our soldiers, volunteers, medical personnel, and all those who have risked their lives defending Ukraine, we express our deepest gratitude. You are the heart of this nation, the protectors of our land, our values, and our future. Each day, you remind us of the true meaning of resilience and patriotism. Your bravery in the face of overwhelming odds has inspired the world and united us in ways we never thought possible.
But today is not only a day of celebration—it is also a day of deep reflection. We remember all those who have fallen in this war. They are not just soldiers, but fathers, mothers, sons, daughters, friends, and loved ones. Their sacrifice will never be forgotten, and their memory will forever remain in our hearts. To the families who have lost their dear ones, we offer our deepest sympathy. The price of freedom has been unimaginable, and we mourn with you.
